As part of a small but mighty brand design team I contributed to an in-house rebrand in 2023, and continue to help refine Help Scout’s evolved brand experience. Primary touch points include the marketing site, digital campaigns, social, and content design such as blog articles, ebooks and resources, and videos.

The hero video I designed and art directed exemplifies our commitment to authenticity. We invited our own employees to help us convey Help Scout’s values-first approach to developing quality products, and had a blast filming at our company retreat.
